Choose a narrow problem
Describe the buyer, their recurring problem and what they currently use. “Everyone online” is too broad. Interview potential customers and look for repeated pain rather than asking only whether they like your idea.
Make one offer and test it
Choose a product or service with a clear outcome, delivery method and price. Create a simple offer page and measure qualified replies, paid orders or booked calls. Compliments and likes are weaker evidence than concrete action.
Deliver manually first
Fulfil early orders yourself to learn where customers struggle. Track time, direct costs, refunds and support questions. Do not automate a process you have not understood.
Review the economics
Subtract product cost, payment fees, fulfilment, support and acquisition costs from revenue, and include your time. Check tax, registration, consumer protection and privacy rules. There is no guaranteed income in the first month.
Frequently asked questions
Can this guarantee an outcome? No. Markets and customer demand change. Verify claims from primary sources and consider the risks.
